Arry Support

Quick HealthKit and Strava setup steps, plus fixes for common issues.

HealthKit Setup

If Arry is empty or metrics are not calculated, permissions are the most common cause.

1) Check permissions

  1. Open iOS SettingsPrivacy & SecurityHealth.
  2. Find Arry.
  3. Enable read access for sleep, heart rate, HRV, and activity data available on your device.

2) Make sure the data exists

  • Check the Health app for recent sleep, heart rate, and HRV data.
  • HRV often appears only when you wear Apple Watch, especially overnight.

Tip: after changing permissions, fully close Arry and open it again.

Connecting Strava

Strava is optional. Connect it if you want to import workout history.

How to connect

  1. Open Arry → Settings → Strava.
  2. Tap “Connect Strava”.
  3. Complete authorization and grant the requested permissions.

If authorization fails

  • Check your internet connection and try again.
  • If a blank page opens, check content blockers and VPN settings.
  • If you see a token error, disconnect Strava and connect it again.

Important: Strava tokens are stored locally on your device. Details are on the Privacy page.

Common Issues

What to check first if data is not updating or looks wrong.

Recovery Score is not updating

Check HealthKit permissions and make sure recent data exists for sleep, heart rate, and HRV. If you just enabled access, restart the app.

No HRV data

HRV usually requires Apple Watch. Check that HRV permission is enabled in HealthKit.

Sleep is wrong or missing

Make sure your sleep source, such as Apple Watch or another app, writes data to HealthKit. Sync can take some time after waking up.

Strava is not syncing

Disconnect Strava in Arry and connect it again. If the issue repeats, send support a screenshot of the error.

How to get help faster

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, whether you use Apple Watch, and Strava status. Attach a screenshot if possible.
