What this document covers. It describes the arry.app website only. Data processing inside the Arry app - Apple Health, the Flow journal, cycle tracking, and the third-party training service connections - is described in a separate document: the app privacy policy.
Operator
The website owner and data operator is Dmitry Rusakov, a private individual.

What data arises when you visit
Server logs
Like any site on the internet, arry.app runs on a web server that automatically records incoming requests. Those logs contain:
- the IP address the request came from;
- browser and operating system type and version (User-Agent);
- the page address requested, and the referring address if there was one;
- date, time, and the server response code.
These records are created by the hosting infrastructure, not by the site itself. The site does not link them to your identity, does not correlate them with one another, and builds no profiles from them.
Browser local storage
If you switch languages, your choice is saved in the browser's local storage (localStorage, key arry-lang) so the right version opens on your next visit. That entry stays on your device, is never sent to the server, and contains nothing about you. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser settings.
What the site does not have
- No cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own and none from third parties.
- No web analytics or advertising pixels. No Google Analytics, no Yandex Metrica, no social network counters or trackers.
- No forms. Contact works through an ordinary email link; there are no input fields on the site.
- No accounts. Browsing the site requires no sign-up.
- No mailing lists. Your email address is never requested anywhere.
Purposes of processing
Server logs are used only to:
- keep the site reachable and serve pages correctly;
- investigate failures and errors;
- protect against excessive automated requests and abuse.
They are not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling, and are not shared with anyone.
Legal grounds
- Keeping server logs is necessary to operate the site and secure it - without them the server cannot serve requests.
- The language preference is recorded by your own direct action: it appears only when you switch languages yourself.
Hosting
The site's pages are hosted on Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA), which acts as a processor on the operator's instructions and delivers the pages. The server logs described above are kept by that platform. Its own data terms: netlify.com/privacy.
Visit data is not passed to anyone else. The site does not sell or supply data to third parties.
Retention
- Server logs are held by the hosting provider for a limited time and are deleted automatically as they rotate. They are not kept longer than diagnostics and site protection require.
- The language preference stays in your browser until you remove it yourself.
- The operator maintains no separate database of visitors.
Your rights
You are entitled to:
- find out whether your data is processed and for what purposes;
- request correction, restriction, or deletion of data that is incomplete, outdated, or processed without grounds;
- withdraw consent where processing rests on it;
- complain about the operator's actions to the competent data protection authority or in court.
Send enquiries to hello@arry.app. We will reply within 30 days of receipt. So that a request can actually be acted on, say which visit it concerns: the approximate date and time, and the IP address if you know it - without that, no entry can be located in the server logs, since they are not tied to any identity.
Security
- The site is reachable only over HTTPS; plain unencrypted connections are forced to the secure one.
- Security headers prevent the page from contacting outside sources, from submitting forms anywhere, and from being opened inside other sites.
- Access to configuration and logs is limited to the operator.
Changes
This document may be updated. The current version is always published at this address, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
