Arry Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 February 2026. These terms govern access to the Arry app and its functionality.

1. General

Arry is an app for analysing recovery, sleep, and activity based on data available on your device. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the app.

2. Medical purpose and limitations

Arry is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and does not replace a doctor's advice. All recommendations in the app are for informational purposes only.

Important: if you experience symptoms, feel unwell, or have concerns about your health, consult a qualified medical professional.

3. Data access and permissions

  • The app only requests access to data needed for Arry's features.
  • You can revoke access to HealthKit, location, and other permissions at any time in iOS settings.
  • Restricting or revoking permissions may affect the availability of certain features.

4. Use of HealthKit data

  • HealthKit data is used only to calculate metrics and display analytics within Arry.
  • Arry does not sell or share HealthKit data with advertising networks or data brokers.
  • Data processing is performed on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the app.

5. Location and weather data

  • Location is used for workout features and activity context.
  • For weather context, the app may send coordinates and workout time to Open‑Meteo directly from your device.

6. Strava integration

  • Strava integration is entirely optional.
  • Connecting or disconnecting Strava is done at your discretion in settings.
  • Strava use is governed by their terms: https://www.strava.com/legal/terms.

7. Subscription and payment

  • Arry offers free access to basic features and a paid Arry Premium subscription for advanced analytics.
  • The subscription is processed through In‑App Purchase in the App Store and is managed by Apple.
  • Two options are available: monthly and yearly subscription with a 7‑day free trial.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store settings on your device.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Arry in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or the security of the app.

9. Intellectual property

The code, interface, brand, and other elements of Arry are protected by intellectual property law. Using the app does not transfer any rights to these elements, except the right to personal use of the app for its intended purpose.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Arry is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will always work without errors, delays, or interruptions, nor do we guarantee absolute accuracy of input data from third-party sources.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Arry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the app.

12. Termination of use

You may stop using Arry at any time by deleting the app. Deleting the app stops further local data processing in Arry.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published in this document, and the last updated date is changed at the top.
